Returns

You can return or exchange your item(s) for another item within 14 days of purchase. Your product must then be returned to us within those 14 days. The return or exchange period then starts after the date of purchase. Please note that products that are returned to us outside the 14 day period are TOO LATE and will therefore no longer be processed by us.

– The item you return must be unworn and have all original price tags and tags.
– Please note: sale items may not be exchanged.
– Bikinis and jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings may not be exchanged for hygienic reasons.

As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive the return amount in your account within 7 days at the latest.

We kindly request that you return all returns unworn and in the original packaging.

If you return an item that in your opinion has suffered some damage, has been worn or is incomplete. We at My Bajka My Style will then inform and process you by email.

If you have a complaint about an item you received from us, for example, it is damaged. We request that you inform us of this within 2 weeks of purchase. We will then handle your complaint further.
